Authorized Partner Admins and Super Admins can register an FPO directly from their dashboard:
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Manage FPOs.
- Click the green "Register New FPO" button.
- Fill in the legal identity (registration number, date of establishment), physical address, district, state, and key contact details.
- Ensure your browser has location permission enabled so the registered physical GPS coordinates are stamped into the FPO profile and visualized on the ISRO Bhuvan GIS map.
Location permission ensures audit integrity and field authenticity. Because FPO Sehat is an official diagnostic platform for certifying bodies, lenders, and development partners, assessments and FPO registrations must prove genuine field presence.
When you log in, your coordinates are verified and reverse-geocoded to display your locality in the top header. If your browser blocks location, click the tune/lock icon in your browser URL bar, set Location to "Allow", and click "Allow Location Access" to proceed.
Diagnostic assessments evaluate FPOs across key operational, financial, and governance criteria established by Grameen Foundation India. Each response carries an assigned weight.
Once the assessment is finalized, the system computes the overall percentage score and categorizes the FPO into a risk maturity tier (Low Risk / High Maturity, Moderate Risk, or High Risk). The results, along with detailed parameter breakdowns, are instantly available in the Reports Matrix.
Following an assessment, the platform’s integrated AI model reviews low-scoring indicators (such as credit linkages, compliance documentation, or member engagement) and automatically generates tailored recommendations, prioritize interventions, and structured milestone timelines for capacity building.
On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address to receive a secure One-Time Password (OTP). Enter the 6-digit verification code and specify a new password to immediately restore account access.
Partner licenses contain an allocated quota (e.g. 5, 25, or 100 FPOs). When the limit is reached, further FPO registrations are temporarily paused. Partner Admins can navigate to More > Subscription & Quota to request additional capacity or renew active licenses via Razorpay or direct institutional invoicing.
